What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Privacy Policy For Our Student/Parent Apps
Our student/parent apps are called studentConnect and homeConnect respectively. Neither app stores any personal user data with the exception of the student app which stores the student’s username/schoolid to local storage in order to facilitate swift/convenient future login processes.
Privacy Policy on Media You Upload
For some of our sticker products the customer will need to upload a school logo image. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any embedded location data (EXIF GPS) is removed from the image before it is uploaded. This is because visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Privacy Policy on Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
